Refund policy

  • RETURNS

We offer returns within 14-days for all online purchases made. If you want to return a product, simply send us an email at shoedoughvof@gmail.com with your order number. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item should be shipped in a separate box to prevent the original packaging from any damages.

We have the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.

If you are returning an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will inspect the returned item and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 4-5 business days.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow up to 4-5 working days for your refund to be processed.

  • NO REFUND RECEIVED ?

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the processing procedure, please check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
